About the role
Innolink Tech LLP is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst to join an exciting engagement with a leading client.
The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of professional experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, Business Analysis, and Salesforce ecosystem capabilities. The candidate must possess hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Mobile, Apex, Salesforce Agentforce, and Professional Services Automation (PSA).
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Salesforce professional who can understand business requirements, work with Salesforce functionalities, support business processes, and contribute to successful Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- 1. Salesforce Administration
- Manage and administer Salesforce environments, configurations, and platform functionalities.
- Maintain Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation.
- Support Salesforce platform maintenance and ongoing enhancements.
- Ensure effective utilization of Salesforce capabilities to support business operations.
- 2. Salesforce Business Analysis
- Understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are appropriately implemented.
- 3. Salesforce CPQ
- Work with Salesforce CPQ functionalities and configurations.
- Understand business requirements related to product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
- Support CPQ-related business processes and platform enhancements.
- 4. Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Support Sales Cloud configuration and functionality.
- Understand sales processes and Salesforce CRM capabilities.
- Work with sales-related objects, business processes, and platform features.
- 5. Salesforce Mobile
- Support Salesforce Mobile capabilities and functionalities.
- Understand mobile accessibility and user experience requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- 6. Apex
- Possess working knowledge of Apex within the Salesforce platform.
- Understand Apex-based customizations and their role in Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams on technical requirements and enhancements.
- 7. Salesforce Agentforce
- Demonstrate familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce capabilities.
- Understand how Agentforce fits into the Salesforce ecosystem and business workflows.
- 8. Professional Services Automation (PSA)
- Understand Salesforce PSA capabilities and associated business processes.
- Support requirements and platform functionalities related to professional services operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience.
- Strong experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Administration.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.
- Knowledge of Apex, Salesforce Mobile, Agentforce, and PSA.
- Ability to understand business requirements and work in a Business Analyst capacity.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
